Please note that all products are made to order and customized based on your specific preferences. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items made to your preferences.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at anna@ateliershop.ca so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
